Book A Session With Ali Parmelee

We make it easy to book the most in-demand retail experts (Buddy Experts as we call them) and get 1:1 advice over a video consultation.

(1) Discover a Buddy Expert in our Expert Directory, read their bio and understand whether or not they might be a good fit for your brand.

(2) Once you find the Buddy Expert that is right for you, find a time that works for you, and pay to book a session.

(3) Fill out the pre-call questionnaire two days prior to your call, giving your Buddy Expert enough time to prepare and make the most out of your session.

(4) At the scheduled time of your call, both you and the Buddy Expert are reminded to join the 1:1 video session. Ask the Buddy Expert questions and the guidance and thoughts that your Buddy Expert has prepared, based on your pre-call questionnaire. 

(5) Leave a review for your Buddy Expert and implement solutions for your brand!

Its important to throughly vet the profiles of the expert you are considering booking. Should you have any questions, reach out to hello@buddyandco.com and we will be happy to work help pair you with the right Buddy Expert based on the needs of your business!

You can reschedule calls at least 48 hours before the session. For any cancellations or reschedules within 48 hours of the session, we do charge a fee to compensate the Buddy Expert for the last minute change.
