A highly regarded interior design firm with deep aesthetic authority and a dream to become a true DTC brand. When we met them they had a website that functioned more as a placeholder than a selling tool. Product data was incomplete, there was no marketing infrastructure, and no proprietary product line. The talent and the vision were there. The commercial architecture was not.
We came in as an embedded partner from day one. We rebuilt the ecommerce foundation, developed and launched a proprietary product line, and built a full performance marketing engine from scratch.
In under three years the brand grew from $35K a month to over $333K a month, reaching $4M in annual revenue. The proprietary product line now accounts for 25% of total revenue. A flagship retail store followed, further cementing their position in the DTC lifestyle space. Today they are a recognized brand with major collaborations on the horizon, operating a successful design practice and a thriving ecommerce business in parallel.

An exceptional brand with beautiful photography and a strong aesthetic identity, what they didn't have was a sales engine, a proprietary product strategy, or the commercial infrastructure to scale. Wholesale margins were limiting growth potential, and the business had no clear path to the revenue it deserved.
We embedded into the business in 2020 and got to work. We built a full sales and marketing engine, developed a proprietary product line that shifted margin from traditional wholesale to a profitable blended gross margin, and forecasted and budgeted the business through multiple stages of growth.
Today the brand operates at high seven figures, attracts a high household income customer, does little to no discounting, and is widely regarded across both the editorial and digital world as a true luxury lifestyle retailer. We are now working alongside the founder to open their first flagship retail store.
From Launch Day to a few million and a Full Lifestyle Brand

We started working with this founder the day after she launched her brand. What began as a focused niche play in children's clothing had the bones of something much bigger. The product was strong, the founder's instinct was sharp, and the opportunity was clear.
We built her entire marketing engine from the ground up, guided content production, introduced the brand to the Dallas market, which became one of her largest markets, and helped her expand into new categories by bringing in complementary third-party products. We also launched a direct mail program that deepened customer relationships, drove repeat purchases, and attracted higher-LTV new customers.
Starting from low six-figure figures, the brand has grown to a multi-seven-figure business in revenue since March 2023. More importantly, what started as a children's clothing brand is now a full lifestyle brand with a loyal customer base and unlimited room to grow.
